Retail excellence is an organisation set up to promote excellent standards in Irish business and to facilitate networking and information exchange between members from different business backgrounds. There are also many visits which showcase excellence in retail. At the Gala banquet dinner held every year to honour the very best of innovation and excellence in business that year. Lamber has been designing the flowers for this grand corporate dinner for many years in different venues across the country. It is a huge event and draws a great crowd, there are celebrity compares, photographers, film crews and the atmosphere is like the Oscar’s for great retail in Ireland. With such a big room and audience Lamber has to make dramatic vertical flowers that will give interest to so many tables but also make them elegant and delicate so they allow the cameras to pan the room as nominees get up to receive their awards. True professionalism and efficiency are required for such large numbers of people and table arrangements, Lamber and the team must set up speedily and work with hotel staff and The Retail Excellence team to provide the perfect dramatic but sumlime outcome.

Retail Excellence Awards Ceremony

The Retail Excellence Awards are the most prestigious retail awards in the Irish Retail Industry and the Awards ceremony is attended by almost 600 CEOs, Senior Directors, Mangers and Retail Team Members from across all sectors.

Devising the centre pieces is always one of the easiest parts of the event with just a briefing call re the colour theme to Lamber and then just choosing which I like best from a file of beautiful suggestions sent to me in photo format on email!
