Wedding Flowers 2017 - Lamber De Bie

Lamber works with his flowers in the way an expert plays an instrument, he is relaxed, focused and quietly mesmorised. He allows the flowers to speak to him, lets them fall or stand the way they naturally want to but arranges them with an artistry that is as much about sculptuer as colour. Having lived and studied floristry at university in Holland for seven years Lamber has a passion for tulips, orange one’s and all things Dutch. Studying art and design for two years before flowers were even introduced into the course really developed his creative approach.

He has sculpted giant globes from vine branches and placed lillies in rusted steel. His approach to each creation is to make a unique piece of design that is a response to the flowers, the clients brief, the architecture or the season. His artistry has combined elements as diverse as pale pink peonies with organic moss and twigs to create original art works.

This design ethos filters down into every bouquet as colour, structure and form are all considered by the team in Lamber de Bie flowers. It is this passion for creativity that gives Lamber de Bie flowers their distinctive character.
