Spring Wedding Flowers at Waterford Castle
It all started with choosing the perfect Bouquet for Bride...
We used different colour astilbe flowers in creme/white, pink and dark pink in the bouquet, together with a few dark burgundy mini calla, a few pale-pink peony blooms, some David Austin Darcey roses, nude coloured QuickSand roses and a mixture of greenery such as eucalyptus (round and long leaves), rosemary, olive branches. This bouquet was created to represent the joy of a beautiful Irish wedding in the Spring.
There was a pure joy and enthusiasm around any part to do with this wedding, clear to us from the first contact we had with the couple. The emails back and forward to the bride with lots of pictures and stunning flower arrangement ideas exchanged until we finally met the couple in person a few days before the wedding, when they walked into our shop. It was like a friend has come home for our wedding florist to meet the bride. The morning of the wedding when we delivered the flowers to the suite in the Castle we felt a great pleasure to be part of this special day for Rocio & James.
